Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. The actress gained fame in Australia by playing Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap show Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two projects. One was Hollywood & Wine with which she played a struggling actress. After that, she landed a job as Maya, a sexy and attractive medical student, in Scrubs in the 9th season. In the end, the show abruptly stopped. The actress is then back in the shooting of a comedic series that was created by the Farrelly brothers Good to shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson then appearances in the series' short films as well as B series movies. In 2013, she was able to land more exposed projects. She appeared in six scenes of the show detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first regular part on the web-series Chosen played by Milo Ventimiglia. In the initial two seasons, she also gives the solution to Chad Michael Murray. Later in the year she was seen in supporting parts in two feature films involving aircrafts. The actress is an air hostess. She as well as Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador which is a new TV show. This is a thriller that sees the actors play CIA agents and produced by director Robert Rodriguez however does not exceed a season of 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show that has not yet been completed, is in production. The poster for Borrowed Moments, a B series romantic comedy, was shared with Brian Krause in 2015.
