Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 on the 24th of July, 1992) is a Canadian actress. She was the character Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was raised within British Columbia. Starting her professional path from a young age she was introduced to musical theatre and dance, hoping to eventually taking on more serious acting. The actress completed the acting essentials course through Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After she completed the program it was time to attend an audition for open casting and got signed. She studied at the Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
